Questions about PhotoShop

Please kindly advise, which version of PhotoShop do you use to create these lovely pictures? And what is its full name? Any web link that I can download it?

I heard most of the users are still using PS 7.0, especially those master level users. I have been using PS 7.0 and never try for other latest version. I know PS CS 8.0 have some unique filters than the previous versions. According to the majority\'s opinion, no big differences among all versions. For new users, no harm to try the latest version.
