2)  Death
3)  as sick as a DOG
4)  as white as a sheet (when people dress up as a ghost they wear a white bed sheet)

Congrats, almost there... Well done. Only question No. 3, answer is not very accurate.
Sick as a dog = physically sick, feeling sick and vomiting

It should be \"sick as parrot\" = (emotion) feeling sick, unhappy and/or depressed over something
